1 Equipment Introduction
The feedback type high-precision battery pack detection equipment is independently developed by Kexin Electronics, which can test various performance indicators such as lithium-ion battery capacity, state of charge, overcharge and over-discharge. The equipment has the characteristics of high power, high efficiency, high precision and high performance. It adopts electric energy feedback technology, which can greatly reduce the heat emission, electric energy consumption and use cost of the equipment.
2 System Architecture
The equipment is mainly composed of a host computer, a middle computer, a DC/AC module, a DC/DC module, a lower computer, a data acquisition and processing system, etc., and can collect the voltage, current, capacity, energy and other information of each single battery in real time. The system can optionally support battery temperature data collection. The collected data is stored in a specially designed database and provides various data statistics, analysis and report generation functions.
