This equipment is the first-generation ANHMS-1000 series modular helium mass spectrometer leak detector. It is compatible with both vacuum and suction gun testing methods. Its compact size allows for easy integration into automated helium testing equipment for lithium battery cells.
By monitoring the helium content at the inlet module location in real time, it can quantitatively measure the helium leakage rate of lithium battery cells. It can quickly screen out unqualified and suspicious cells whose leakage rate exceeds the set value due to reasons such as casing welding defects, injection hole welding failures, and material defects.
The ANHMS-1000 series helium mass spectrometer leak detector is widely used in primary helium testing, secondary helium testing, and battery pack airtightness testing during cell production. It can ensure that the welding quality of the casing and sealing pins, as well as the overall sealing performance of the PACK and module, meet production requirements.
